Blue Granite Water Company
Blue Granite Water Company COVID-19 Preparedness Response

Blue Granite Water Company, as an operating company of the Corix Group, will be suspending water-service shutoffs for delinquent payments in all its US and Canadian business units, except in Alaska, effective immediately. Additionally, the Company is reconnecting service to those customers who are currently not receiving water service due to lack of payment on delinquent accounts. Customer contact centers are fully operational, but longer than normal hold times may occur during the current conditions.

Kiawah Island Utility COVID-19 Updates

Kiawah Island Utility is suspending all disconnections and collection processes that would normally be made due to delinquent payments on all accounts until further notice. Customer Care will still be readily available by email at sc-customerservice@swwc.com or by phone at (877) 405-1742. Customers are encouraged to consider enrolling in automatic payments to ensure payments are on time. To enroll or pay your bill online, visit the Kiawah Island Utility website. If you mail in payments, the company is taking measures to ensure your account won’t be negatively impacted by late fees if there is a mail service delay.


Lake Wylie MHP Utilities

Palmetto Utilities, Inc. is taking the follow actions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic:

Suspending all service disconnections so that customers have access to essential service

Restoring residential customers’ service that had been previously shut off. A white tag will be hung on your door to let you know service has been restored. If your service is currently shut off or you need to make payment arrangements, please contact (803) 699-2422.

Closed payment office for customer payments. In place of making payments in person, you can make payments by:

  • Mailing them into the office at 1713 Woodcreek Farms Rd, Elgin, SC 29045,
  • Paying online at https://www.logicsolbp.com/NiPacoletSC/login.aspx
  • Signing up for automatic draft, or
  • Dropping them off in the overnight payment box at the office.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact the Company to inquire about payment arrangements. Their customer service group is fully operational and can be contacted at (803) 699-2422 or customerservice@niamerica.com between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM to assist with questions.


Palmetto Wastewater Reclamation
Palmetto Wastewater Reclamation, LLC will not disconnect essential utility services for non-payment during the State of Emergency. The Company is restoring service to residential customers that had previously been shut off.
